"Rented a 1 bdrm apartment. Pretty spacious and clean apartments. Getting maintenance to come over was difficult over the winter. I did little to no modifications to the apartment and received $80 back from $800 deposit. Ended up not refuting it but I should have. There’s no way I damaged the apartment t badly enough to e warrant a $700 fine. "
